Refund Policy
Effective date: May 17, 2026
Monthly Subscriptions Are Non-Refundable
Dispatch Labs is a monthly subscription service. Once a billing cycle has begun, the fee for that month is earned and is non-refundable. We do not pro-rate partial months and we do not issue refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing info@dispatch-labs.com. Cancellation stops the next scheduled charge to your payment method.
You retain full access to the Service through the end of the billing period you have already paid for. That means weekly deliveries will continue as scheduled until the period ends, and your subscription simply will not renew.
There is no cancellation fee and no minimum contract length.
When We Will Issue a Refund
We will issue a refund only in the following limited circumstances:
- Duplicate charge. If your card was charged twice for the same billing period due to a payment processing error.
- Service failure. If Dispatch Labs fails to deliver your completed batch within the delivery window for your tier — Starter: 10 business days from payment; Growth or Scale: 5 business days from payment — and the failure is solely on our side (not due to incomplete or inaccurate inputs from you).
- Where required by law. If applicable law in your jurisdiction grants you a refund right we cannot waive.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under one of the circumstances above, email info@dispatch-labs.com within thirty (30) days of the charge. Include your account email, the date of the charge, and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within five (5) business days.
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within five to ten (5–10) business days, depending on your bank.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Most issues can be resolved directly and faster than the chargeback process. Initiating a chargeback for a delivered subscription may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Relationship to Our Terms
This Refund Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service. If there is any conflict between this Policy and the Terms, this Policy controls with respect to refunds and cancellations.
