How many touches does each prospect get?

Three. A first email plus two follow-ups, spaced across about ten days — and each touch is researched and written from its own angle, not the same email re-sent. We stop at three on purpose: a fourth touch is where spam complaints and unsubscribes spike, and three already captures most of a sequence's reply potential. The cap protects your sender reputation. We do sequences. We just refuse to do generic ones.

What's the difference between Campaign-in-a-Box and Service?
